Sleep issues have troubled me for many years. I have two main symptoms: not wanting to sleep and being unable to fall asleep. Starting the night before last, I stopped bringing my phone to bed. Last night, I took it a step further and left my phone in another room. I’ve also been using an acupressure foot massage mat I bought a few days ago. The results have been relatively good so far.
